The Birch - Residential Development - Collaborative Mural
Luxury developer LCOR engaged the Acrylicize Studio for environmental graphic design in the pool deck of a condominium under construction north of Philadelphia.
The amenity space is broadly visible to the public from an adjacent bridge, and the architectural team contracted our studio as designer, and separately, as fabrication provider.

Design Development
I hosted three creative workshops, resulting in directional approval. Selected direction displayed here. Developer representatives collaborated virtually with our graphic team in London, via Zoom and Miro creative tools. Icons which best capture local texture were highlighted for inclusion in the detailed design.
Technical Design
Our London-based technical artworker polished the final design, at the same time producing a 1:10 scale document for use by the fabricator.
Production
Philadelphia-based Fathom Murals was contracted for production over a ten day period. The activity took place during construction and communication with other teams working nearby was key to our success.
